Our read
169 player reviews of TonyBet sit in our AskGamblers sample (its live counter now reads 171), and they gather at the ends: 131 rate 8 or higher, 21 rate 4 or lower, with the operator answering 168. The mean is 8.0 on the site's 10-point scale. In listing order the newest 24 average 9.2 / 10 (21 high, 0 low, 23 answered); the older 145 average 7.8 / 10 (110 high, 21 low, all answered). AskGamblers' counters log 22 complaints filed, 21 of 21 resolved, average response 2 days, average disputed amount 1985 USD. casino.guru's 39 cover the wider brand family, not just this casino; it rejected 24 and records 14 of 14 resolved, a ratio from the cases it adjudicated rather than from the 39. We read the AskGamblers sample of 22 ourselves: 21 resolved, 1 rejected, 0 left open, 0 flagged Ontario-specific, 12 on payments, 7 on verification, 3 on other matters; a reader sees only the 24 newest threads, so wider totals stay the site's. Across 2 sources the /10 readings sit close: AskGamblers editorial 8.9, its player mean 8.0, casino.guru's Ontario-scoped safety index 8.8 under its High label. We report what each source measured, and we did not test its payouts ourselves.
